“B-smart´s Meetings & Outlook” teaches you the essential principles of professional, structured conferencing. And ... you learn how to integrate your conferences and actions using Outlook! This training course focuses on organisational and structural techniques.

Target audience

This course is primarily designed for project initiators and meeting chairmen. It is, however, also useful for anybody who wants to increase the productivity, efficiency and efficacy of the meetings and who strives for a better balance between time spent in meetings and time spent otherwise.

The training programme

Within seven hours you will obtain a clear insight into the basics of holding meetings: preparation, the meeting itself, the processing afterwards and following up agreements and actions.

On the one hand you will learn a model that enables you to chair any meeting appropriately. What types of agenda points you should use, combined with which meeting techniques. What action scheme you should use to work towards a professional meeting, which roles, how will you keep the participants' attention and respect time limits, how you determine and safeguard control and results at meetings.

On the other hand great, the strength of Outlook is also emphasised. How do you send out agenda's, invitations and minutes? How do you integrate agreements and actions resulting from meetings? How can Outlook help you to deal with changes even more quickly and functionally? Etc.

An intake form is filled out beforehand, which allows the trainer to focus even better on your personal situation.

Training results

  • You will know perfectly how to prepare a meeting, chair it and process the results
  • You will do this using the MiKaMEiL technique as a guide
  • You will draw up the agenda and the minutes professionally, thus remaining firmly in control
  • You will neatly follow up agreements and actions using Outlook

Practical information

  • Session length: From 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
