Description

Personal coaching is designed to raise your capacities and accomplishments to a higher level. It is based on international business English and therefore combines language training and management training.

Managers:

• Working in an international environment where English is the lingua franca
• Who want to improve communication and productivity with their team, their colleagues and their executive staff

The training programme

• Evaluation with an expert, i.e. setting the goals
• Meeting with the participant to determine the modus operandi
• Meeting with the expert and the participant to define common expectations and agree on a programme
• Obtaining information from colleagues, partners, etc.
• Coaching in everyday life with feedback to the expert

Training results

You will communicate more fluently with your team, your colleagues and you partners, using appropriate business English.
