B-smart communication training lets you work on and practise all possible conversation techniques, which enables you to use your energy effectively and efficiently, as of the day after the course. This is the case for both personal communication (e.g. assertiveness) and customer-oriented communication (e.g. dealing with complaints), as well as communication as a leader (e.g. conversations with co-workers).
These courses are often given “in-company”. A number of them are so popular or successful that they are offered in “open training”.
