The following services are included in our training courses:
- preparing the session in collaboration with your services: assessing skills and determining training-course content;
- training provided by the trainer;
- evaluation at the end of the training course.
The following shall not be included:
- 21% VAT (on training course and travelling costs).
- 6% VAT (on didactic material).
Timetable
The inlingua training courses are given on weekdays and are laid down as agreed. Normal hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Evening lessons may be scheduled by mutual consent. A minimum of 2 lesson units must be taken per appointment. Each lesson shall consist of at least 2 lesson units. If the language trainer has to travel to the client, a lesson shall consist of at least 3 or 4 lesson units, depending on the distance travelled (unless otherwise agreed).
The lesson units must be taken up within a reasonable time and shall not be transferable to a third party nor may they be used for another language.
The b-smart training courses are given at the dates and times determined in advance (open training course) or on a date agreed by mutual consent (in-company training).
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 35% of the full price for the training course, with a minimum of EUR 50.00, is requested when enrolling for an inlingua- or b-smart training course. Enrolment shall only become final after the deposit has been received.
The full price for the b-smart training course must be paid at least 48 hours before the commencement of the course. Where enrolment for a b-smart training course occurs less than two weeks before the starting date, summary payment of the full price shall be required. Unless stated otherwise, an additional deposit in the amount of the course fee of the first month shall be requested for language training courses lasting more than one month. Lessons for the following month shall be payable monthly, in advance, before the start of the lessons, until the full amount has been remitted.
All invoices are payable in cash.
The client shall be fully liable for any travelling costs from abroad.
In the event of late payment, the costs for a reminder (EUR 10.00) and late payment interest of 12% per annum shall be charged as of the invoice date.
This offer shall be valid for 2 months and shall be without any obligation.
Terms and conditions of the inlingua or b-smart training course(s) ordered
- Cancellation between 15 and 11 working days before commencement of the training course: EUR 150.00 administrative costs per enrolled participant, with a maximum of 25% of the services cancelled.
- Cancellation between 10 and 6 working days before commencement of the training course: 25% of the costs of the services cancelled.
- Cancellation between 5 and 2 working days before commencement of the training course: 50% of the costs of the services cancelled.
- Cancellation less than 2 working days before commencement of the training course or in the case of the participant’s absence: 100% of the costs of the services cancelled.
