SME portfolio subsidy

Through the Qfor quality label we have been recognised by the SME portfolio subsidy scheme. Be sure to apply for subsidy on time via www.kmoportefeuille.be (Recognition number: DV.O104511) and receive a 50% government subsidy on the amount you pay, VAT excluded.

You should take the following steps if you meet the requirements:

1. Register and sign in
2. Sign a project agreement (contract) with a recognised service provider (training course, advice, etc.)
3. File a project application. This can be done up to 14 calendar days after the said services have been provided for the first time
4. The project application is accepted (or rejected) within 30 calendar days after filing
5. You deposit your share into your account (for Sodexo) within 30 calendar days after our acceptance
6. The Flemish Government will deposit the refund into the enterprise account (this is done immediately and automatically, this step does not take up any time)
7. You authorise Sodexo to transfer the money to us (online)
8. Before the last 20% can be paid (i.e. as soon as 80% has been paid), you are required to give us a rating (not mandatory for 'training course' category)
